CityRise Church Bellaire is a vibrant sister church of CityRise West University Baptist Church. Its Children, Youth and Adult facilities were badly in need of updating. The scope included total renovation of the three-story Education Building. The renovation provided first-floor space for a new week-day Pre-School, Nursery and Pre-School space for Infants and Children, and Sunday School space for first through fourth grade Children and for Adults. The renovation provided for the consolidation of Church Administration on the third floor. Because of serious water damage and deterioration the entire exterior of the building was replaced, with new insulated windows and new brick identical in size, color and pattern. The distressed concrete sunshades were cut off and capped with stainless steel to match the frames of the new windows. A new Covered Drop-off and Covered Walkway creates a fresh and inviting new “front door” from the church’s south parking lot.
