The original historic mid-century building from the 1960s was outdated and needed a complete transformation to be brought up to modern office space and classroom standards. The building was completely renovated to provide improved security and ample space for prospective families when visiting. The front entry was updated and a large lobby added to support the school’s growth. The existing library was updated to support St. Agnes’ modern teaching style, including added collaboration space and an enlarged testing center. The building facade was restored and the entry plaza was renovated to make it more inviting and to meet accessibility requirements.
